ELS Europe provides solutions and expertise to global leaders in business, financial and sustainability-related information, helping to deliver trusted data solutions and insights that enable transparency, efficiency and fairness across financial and non-financial markets.

ELS Europe’s expertise has assisted with the development of industry-leading data gathering and dissemination tools, natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG). Such solutions are adopted to replace repetitive and mechanical tasks through automation or to identify patterns in large amounts of heterogeneous and unstructured data to aid human analyses.

Developments across the data management lifecycle include the application of XBRL, the open international standard for digital business reporting that allows unique tags to be associated with reported facts.  The application of inline XBRL to the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), the reporting format required by issuers on EU regulated markets and as required by the CSRD for sustainability-related data represents an advancement in the digital categorization of such data and significant improvement in the data management cycle.

ELS Europe’s Clients will use the European Single Access Point (ESAP) which offers a single access point for public financial and sustainability-related information about EU companies and EU investment products.  This tool is intended to give companies more visibility towards investors and potentially open up more sources of financing for companies that have sound sustainability strategies and performance targets that they are demonstrating are being achieved.
